The  only requirement is that your float have a Holiday Theme.

Gloucester,  America's oldest seaport, is a city on Cape Ann in Essex County on Massachusetts' North Shore founded in 1623.  It is located about 35 miles northeast of Boston at the eastern end of Route 128.
